Munson Spec Suspension Package Stage 2

A combination effort between Wenzlaff Performance and Munson Motorsports brings you the “Munson Spec” Stage 2 package. Stage 2 brings you everything from our stage 1 package, but with the addition of a dual rate FTS spring kit and hi/lo adjusters for your Walker Evans Velocity shocks. The Stage 2 package is more oriented towards the average aggressive rider that wants to maintain pace throughout the majority of the day with slightly stiffer valving than our stage 1 package. Stage 2 will give you a bit more adjustability to dial things in a bit stiffer if it’s rougher and they want to turn it up…or vice versa and want to soften things up to cruise with the family.

Incorporating a Hygear dual rate front track shock spring kit into our stage 2 kit helps keep you from blowing through the FTS on the pesky G-outs and bridge approaches where the stock spring simply cannot catch the momentum the front arm gains in these scenarios. A properly spec’d dual rate for your weight and riding pace will keep you compliant in the smaller chop but still have the ability to catch the front arm momentum when you encounter the bigger stuff.

Next we add in the Hi/Lo compression adjusters to help you fine tune your compliance window. If you don’t mind sacrificing some small bump compliance for more big bump capacity, you’ll have that ability and vice versa. 

Included in the Stage 2 package is:

• Munson Motorsports Progressive front ski shock springs
• Hygear Pro-CC or Assault/IGX linkage kit (128/9” Pro-CC must also purchase the Hygear Gullwing bracket sold separately. Link here)
• Hygear dual rate FTS spring kit
• Wenzlaff Performance rebuild/revalve servicing of all 4 shocks
• Hi/Lo adjusters for all 4 of your stock W/E Velocity shocks

Stock shocks must be mailed into Wenzlaff Performance for servicing.

Pricing is for outright purchase of the above package. Some shock trade-ins are accepted as a discount towards package purchase price but must be discussed before purchase.
